1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Roselier, Germany.

3. Contract Conclusion

The display of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the purchase button, you place a binding order.

4. Prices and Shipping

All prices include applicable VAT. Delivery within the UAE is free of charge.

5. Delivery

Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Express delivery (24h) is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.

6. Payment

We accept: Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

7. Warranty

As these are fresh natural products, roses have a limited shelf life. Complaints are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
